We offer regular SUPilates™ and PaddleFlow™ Yoga classes in our local community, as well as weekend, half day and full day retreats. All of our retreats are held in magnificent locations, and, along with the mind-body focus, will teach you paddling techniques, take you on eco-tours, have you experience new things, and help you grow to be the best you. Want to know how to bring Pilates, Yoga and/or Fitness to the board? Our workshops and teacher training certifications can bring it to you! PaddleFlow™ Yoga and SUPilates™ are programs that combine mind-body fitness with SUP, creating a fully engaging and fun SUP-fusion workout. Our Instructor workshops provide high-quality, informative, and fun education to the fitness professional that teach the basics of SUP paddling, safety and group facilitation as well as provide instruction on teaching beginner to advanced exercises on the board.
