NEW CLASSES FOR 2012!!
SUPilates classes combine Stand Up Paddleboarding and Pilates exercises to create an invigorating and challenging workout. Both paddling and Pilates challenge the body’s core – so one can only imagine what doing both at the same time can do for you! Create a slimmer, trimmer, taller, longer you with SUPilates!
We also offer PadddleFLOW classes. This class combines Stand Up Paddleboarding, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and fun fitness moves to create a great workout suitable for all levels of fitness.
In addition, we offer Yoga on the paddleboard, as well.
Current Schedule:
PaddleFLOW every other Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Hula Bay in Tampa with support from Solstice Sports. Classes start March 28th. Dates are as follows:
Wednesdays, March 28th, April 11 & 25, May 9 & 23th, June 6 & 27, July 4th (special event) & 18th, August 1, 15, & 29th – all at 6 p.m. Classes are $30 with a board rental, $15 if you have your own board.
We are also offering group lessons and paddles at Hula Bay on Saturdays March 31, April 8 & 21 , May 5 & 26, July 21, August 11 & 25th, starting at 10 a.m. We’ll be offering Full Moon Paddles on Friday, April 6th in Downtown Tampa, and Wednesday, August 1 from Hula Bay starting at 7:30 p.m. These paddles cost $30 with a group lesson and 2 hours of paddling.
Group river Bring Your Own Board (BYOB) trips once a month with Solstice Sports on April 22, May 20, June 9, July 22, & August 26. Our destinations include some of Florida’s most beautiful spring-fed rivers. Stay tuned for location details.
